Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: General Wholesale Trade
• Position Title: Accounts Executive
• Working Location: Pandan Avenue (West)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:15pm
• Salary Package: Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, financial reports, and month-end closing.
• Monitor and maintain the company's cash flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Perform other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling AP and AR.
• Experience in full set accounts is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
