Job Description

• Working Location: Novena (Walk distance from MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days per week (2 Days Off on Weekdays) - Office Hours
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the school reception and serve as the first point of contact for new and existing parents, responding to their enquiries.
• Handle the student enrolment and registration process.
• Maintain accurate records of course information and student details.
• Compile and update branch performance and statistical reports on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with teachers and communicate with parents on various administrative and student-related matters.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Good proficiency in Mandarin language to communicate with teachers from China.
• Willing to work on weekends.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and responsible.
