Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Transportation
• Position Title: Warehouse Assistant
• Working Location: Jurong Island (Transport provided at Jurong East MRT)
• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon – Fri: 8am – 5pm/ 9am-6pm, Alternate Sat: 8am – 12pm/9am – 1pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $2300 + OT + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming stock for accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and sort goods efficiently for distribution.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized to uphold safety and efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
• Support logistics coordination to ensure timely deliveries.
• Load and unload trucks and organize stock in designated areas.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

• Min. O-level or relevant qualification.
• Prior working experience in logistics & warehousing is preferred.
• Possess valid forklift license.
