Regional Finance Manager (Tech/Game Publisher Company)

About our client
A Singapore-based tech company is looking for a Finance Lead to head their local finance function and partner closely with the group headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Singapore finance team, covering accounting, reporting, and tax compliance
• Own financial reporting for local and overseas entities, ensuring alignment with group standards and local regulations
• Drive process improvement and system integration initiatives in collaboration with HQ and IT teams
• Manage cross-jurisdiction tax obligations and regulatory filings
• Act as the key finance business partner to senior stakeholders and project teams
• Support strategic planning and provide financial insights for business development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or CA qualification preferred
• 7–10 years of experience with a strong foundation in Big 4 audit and in-house finance leadership
• Both external and internal audit experience required
• Prior experience in tech or gaming company are highly preferred
• Proven ability to lead a small team and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships
