Administrative Assistant
About this job
We run a group of GP clinics and are looking for an administrative assistant to support our backend operations. This is an office-based role with no front-desk duties.
What you'll do
- Maintain and update the doctors' monthly schedules across our clinics
- Follow up on schedule changes with doctors and locums
- Perform basic daily payment reconciliation (clinic collections against system records)
- Call patients for appointment reminders, follow-ups and recalls
- Support the team with simple reports and admin tasks
What we're looking for
- Meticulous with numbers and organised
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and clinic software
- Confident on the phone in English and Mandarin
- Prior clinic or healthcare admin experience is a plus, not a must — we will train you
Hours: Monday to Friday [8.30am–6pm], Saturday [8.30am–1pm]
