Job Description

• Position Title: Quantity Surveyor (M&E)
• Working Location: Kaki Bukit
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.00am – 5.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed material and labour quantity take-offs for Mechanical (ACMV – Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), Electrical, Plumbing, and Sanitary works.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor cost changes, and recommend cost-saving solutions.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and support procurement activities.
• Manage M&E contracts, handle variation orders and claims, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Identify practical and cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.
• Assess project cost and contract-related risks.
• Prepare regular cost reports and provide updates on project costs.
• Work closely with internal teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to support project delivery.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of Quantity Surveying experience in M&E construction or commercial projects.
• Good knowledge of Mechanical (ACMV – Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), Electrical, Plumbing, and Sanitary works.
