Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy
• Position Title: Drafter
• Working Location: Central – Sin Ming (Midview City)
• Working Hours: Monday – Fri (9am to 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Civil & Structural drawings for projects using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Produce and revise authority submission, construction, and detailed engineering drawings.
• Develop BIM models and drawings according to project and BCA submission requirements.
• Coordinate drawings with engineers and other project disciplines.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with design specifications and relevant standards.
• Update drawings based on design changes and engineers’ comments.
• Maintain proper drawing documentation and version control.
• Perform other drafting and BIM-related duties as assigned.

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Civil & Structural drafting or BIM modelling.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Structure.
• Knowledge of BCA BIM submission standards is advantageous.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Detail-oriented with good coordination and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
