Technical Sales Coordinator, $3,500 (North)

Location: North, Singapore

Working hours: 8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)

Salary: $2,800 - $3,500

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Sales Support Coordinator to join our team and provide efficient support in spare parts quotation preparation, order processing, and customer coordination. This role is ideal for candidates with an engineering background who enjoy working in a customer support and coordination environment within the industrial machinery industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue spare parts quotations based on customer requirements.
• Process spare parts orders and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Liaise with customers on parts availability, pricing, and lead times.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal engineering and service teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and inventory transactions.
• Assist customers in identifying the correct spare parts and provide basic technical clarification when required.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and customer enquiries.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in spare parts, technical sales support, engineering coordination, or a related field will have an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical components is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
