Project Engineer (Mechanical Engineering), $4,500 (North)

Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 (Based on qualifications and experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: North, Singapore

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be involved in the complete project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to installation, commissioning and project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from commencement through to completion.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare equipment sizing calculations and layout drawings based on project requirements.
• Handle project costing, procurement and material coordination.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Support on-site installation, commissioning, testing and start-up of equipment and systems.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with customer requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, proactive and able to solve technical problems effectively.
• Willing to travel for project meetings and on-site commissioning when required.
• Experience in industrial equipment or powder-processing systems will be an added advantage.
