Accounts cum HR Executive, $4,000 (North)

Salary: $3,500 - $4,000
Location: North (Approx. 8–10 minutes' walk from Upper Thomson MRT)

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• Handle full sets of accounts for Singapore and Malaysia entities.
• Perform month-end closing and prepare management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and corporate secretaries.
• Prepare audit schedules and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Human Resources

• Process payroll for approximately 15 employees in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Administer employee records, leave, claims, and commissions.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Handle MOM work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Support HR administration and ensure compliance with employment regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in full-set accounting and HR administration.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Experience handling Singapore and Malaysia accounts and payroll will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Navision and Info-Tech HR is an advantage.
