Project Executive

Requirements

- Diploma / Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, orArchitecture

- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience inconstruction or project management

- Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM modeling

- Able to work independently with strong leadership and decision-making abilities

- Working knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes

- Familiarity with project scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project)

- Basic understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration

- Strong site supervision and coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and authorities

- Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)requirements is an advantage

- Valid Class 3 driving license preferred (for site visits)

Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction/renovation projects from initiation to handover

- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and relevant authorities

- Prepare project drawings, schedules, and progress reports

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and safety compliance

- Manage project budgets and assist in cost control

- Resolve on-site issues and escalate risks in a timely manner
