Property Executive

Requirements

- Diploma / Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management

- Familiarity with tenancy agreements, lease renewals, and basic property-related regulations

- Good negotiation and tenant/owner relationship management skills

- Ability to coordinate maintenance, repair works, and vendor/contractor management

- Basic financial acumen for budgeting, service charges, and arrears follow-up

- Strong organizational skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management software is a plus

- Able to conduct property inspections and handle feedback/complaints professionally

Responsibilities

- Manage daily property operations including maintenance, cleanliness, and safety

- Handle tenant/owner enquiries, complaints, and lease matters

- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and improvement works

- Conduct regular property inspections and prepare condition reports

- Assist in budget preparation, collection of fees/rentals, and arrears management

- Ensure compliance with relevant property and building regulations
