Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy treatments to clients with musculoskeletal, sports, and lifestyle-related conditions
• Build meaningful client relationships to enhance treatment engagement and outcomes
• Manage a diverse caseload independently within a calm and empowering environment
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients to explain treatment plans and progress
• Collaborate with the team to support a culture of clinical excellence and continuous professional development
• Maintain professional conduct and self-motivation to ensure high-quality care delivery

Required competencies and certifications

• Fully registered Physiotherapist (AHPC)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant experience in a private setting is an advantage
• Strong communication skills demonstrated through effective client interactions
• Interpersonal skills applied to build trust and rapport with clients
• Compassionate and professional attitude supporting client-centered care
• Self-motivation to manage caseload and pursue ongoing learning
