Accounts & HR Executive (Tuas/ Up to $4,500)

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Verify and post payable and receivable entries into the ERP system.
• Maintain and update the company cash book accurately.
• Process vendor payments and payment vouchers.
• Review and verify employee expense claims.
• Maintain organized and timely filing of accounting and administrative documents.
• Provide administrative support and perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting with 2 years of experience in accounting and HR functions.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and local accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Infor SyteLine is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to commence work immediately or within a short notice period.
