Job Description

• Manage strategic relationships with key suppliers and contract manufacturers
• Serve as the primary escalation and governance point for assigned suppliers
• Drive supplier performance across delivery, quality, cost and capacity targets
• Lead business reviews and develop improvement initiatives with supplier partners
• Support new product introduction programs and supplier readiness activities
• Negotiate commercial agreements and cost optimization initiatives
• Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation and business continuity plans

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related discipline
• At least 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain or manufacturing experience
• Experience managing supplier relationships within electronics manufacturing environments
• Exposure to PCB manufacturing or related technologies is advantageous
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management capabilities
• Proven ability to drive supplier performance improvements
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
