Job Summary
The Executive, Corporate Communications, Fundraising & Outreach supports the planning and implementation of JEH’s corporate communications, fundraising initiatives, stakeholder outreach and public engagement activities.
The role develops communication content, supports digital and traditional communications channels, coordinates fundraising campaigns and events, and helps strengthen relationships with donors, partners and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Communications
· Draft and coordinate corporate communications materials including newsletters, announcements, articles, brochures, posters, presentations and publicity materials.
· Support preparation of speeches, talking points, corporate messages and management communications.
· Assist in maintaining JEH’s corporate branding and communication standards.
· Coordinate photography, videography and content development for organisational activities and events.
2. Website & Social Media
· Maintain and update JEH’s website and social media platforms.
· Develop content calendars and regular posts highlighting JEH’s activities, programmes, residents, staff, volunteers and community partnerships.
· Track engagement and prepare basic digital communications reports.
· Ensure appropriate consent and approvals are obtained before publication.
3. Fundraising Support
· Support planning and implementation of fundraising campaigns, appeals and events.
· Develop fundraising materials, donor communications, impact stories and campaign content.
· Assist in maintaining donor and fundraising records.
· Coordinate donor acknowledgement, appreciation letters, certificates and stewardship activities.
· Support preparation of fundraising reports and updates.
4. Community & Stakeholder Outreach
· Support outreach to community partners, corporations, schools, grassroots organisations and other external stakeholders.
· Coordinate visits, partnership activities, roadshows and outreach programmes.
· Assist in developing outreach materials and presentations.
· Maintain records of partnerships and follow-up actions.
5. Events & Campaign Coordination
· Support organisational events, fundraising activities, community programmes and publicity campaigns.
· Coordinate logistics, publicity materials, vendors and internal stakeholders.
· Document events through photos, videos and post-event communications.
6. Content & Impact Stories
· Work with departments to identify suitable stories demonstrating JEH’s impact.
· Interview staff, residents, families, volunteers or partners where appropriate.
· Develop meaningful stories while respecting dignity, confidentiality and consent requirements.
7. Administrative & ReportingSupport
· Maintain communication, fundraising and outreach records.
· Track campaign activities and agreed KPIs.
· Assist with quotations, invoices, purchase requests and vendor coordination.
· Prepare regular activity reports for the Head of Corporate Communications.
Requirements
· Diplomaor Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, MassCommunications or related discipline.
· Preferably2–4 years of relevant experience.
· Strong English writing and communication skills.
· Comfortable with social media, digital content creation and basic design tools.
· Nonorganizational and project coordination skills.
· Experience in fundraising, events, charities, healthcare or social services would be an advantage.
· Photography, videography or basic graphic-design capabilities would be advantageous.
