Job Summary
Responsible for developing and optimizing the English curriculum and lesson plans, leading and training the teaching team, monitoring teaching quality, and participating in course research and development to enhance educational outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize the school's English curriculum and lesson plan systems to ensure effective learning outcomes
- Lead the teaching team by conducting teacher training sessions, observing classes, and evaluating teaching performance to improve overall teaching quality
- Monitor and enhance teaching quality through systematic observation and feedback mechanisms
- Participate in research and development of new courses and upgrade existing teaching products to maintain high educational standards
- Control and ensure the quality of teaching research to support curriculum innovation and effectiveness
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, education, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of English teaching experience, including practical experience with CEQ and Singapore government school English curricula
- Proven experience in curriculum development
- Demonstrated team management and leadership skills
