Job Summary

Manage online travel platform listings, pricing, and bookings using AI tools to enhance efficiency. Coordinate with suppliers and handle order processing, reconciliation, and e-voucher redemption to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage listings and pricing on Ctrip, Fliggy, and Mini-program platforms to optimize sales and customer engagement
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to accelerate response times and booking processes, improving customer service efficiency
• Process online orders accurately, perform reconciliation, and manage e-voucher redemption to maintain financial accuracy
• Coordinate effectively with upstream and downstream suppliers to ensure timely resource alignment and operational continuity
• Analyze travel costs and margins to maintain price sensitivity and profitability

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or higher with at least 1 year of experience in online travel or operations
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English to support bilingual communication
• Experience with AI applications and online payment systems to enhance operational workflows
• Knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia tourist markets and China outbound routes to support market-specific strategies
