Math / Science Lead Teacher

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and optimizing math and science curriculums and lesson plans. Lead teaching teams through training, observation, and evaluation to enhance teaching quality. Participate in R&D of new courses and ensure quality control of teaching research.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize math and science curriculums and lesson plan systems to enhance educational effectiveness
• Lead and manage the teaching team by conducting teacher training sessions, classroom observations, and performance evaluations to improve overall teaching standards
• Monitor and ensure high teaching quality through systematic evaluation and feedback processes
• Participate actively in research and development of new courses and upgrade existing teaching products to maintain curriculum relevance and quality
• Control and maintain the quality of teaching research to support continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, science, education, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years teaching experience with Singapore government school curricula, demonstrating deep familiarity with Singapore MOE math and science syllabi
• Proven experience in curriculum development combined with strong team management and leadership capabilities
• Proficient communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills in both Chinese and English languages
