About this job

Our client is looking for a Financial Planner to join their growing team. This role involves providing professional financial advice to help clients achieve their financial goals through sound planning and long-term relationship management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis and recommend suitable financial solutions.
  • Advise clients on wealth accumulation, protection, retirement, education, and legacy planning.
  • Develop personalised financial plans based on clients' goals and risk profiles.
  • Regularly review clients' financial portfolios and provide ongoing servicing.
  • Stay updated with market trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and relationship management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of professionalism.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Relevant CMFAS certifications or a willingness to obtain the required licences.
  • Training and mentorship will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
  • Prior experience in banking, insurance, sales, customer service, or financial advisory is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
