Claims Associates / Executives - Multiple Positions Available | Up to $3,200/month

Claims Associate (Audit Claims) Tanjong Pagar I Immediate - 2 years contract

• Annual audit claims submission

• Liaise with service providers to ensure annual audited operating subvention claims, auditor report, financial statements and schedules are submitted by the policy deadline.

• Liaise with service providers on any queries or missing documents pertaining to annual audit claims submission

• Processing of the annual audit adjustment claims

• Verify the eligibility and accuracy of annual operating subvention claim using RPA software.

• Liaise with service providers on exceptions generated from the validation checks and resolve the exceptions by policy deadline.

• Prepare claim memo according to template and upload onto AIC’s grant system using RPA software and upload

• Ensure the RPA generated claim memo and claim in system is accurate and correct before routing for approval.

• Ensure that annual adjustments are processed and credited to service providers by the policy deadline.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree qualification

• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment
