Customer Service Officer (Case Management | 6-Month Contract)

Join a case management team supporting a government public-feedback service. You’ll review feedback submitted through platforms such as the OneService App and LifeSG, identify the relevant government agency and ensure cases are routed accurately and promptly.

📍 Nearest MRT: Tanjong Pagar (Central Region)
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
💰 Salary: $13 - $20 per hour
📅 Contract Duration: 6-month

Key Responsibilities

• Review and triage public feedback received through various channels.
• Assess cases and route them to the appropriate government agency for follow-up.
• Respond to members of the public and clarify information when required.
• Review case details to ensure information is complete and accurately recorded.
• Follow established procedures and timelines when processing cases.
• Support occasional fieldwork depending on operational requirements.

Who Can Apply?

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level qualification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good judgement with the ability to assess information carefully and follow procedures.
• Comfortable communicating with members of the public and handling feedback professionally.
• Experience in customer service, feedback management, case processing or triaging will be useful.
