Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to support the administration and processing of financial assistance and support schemes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing applications, managing appeals and enquiries, liaising with various stakeholders, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient scheme operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess applications against established eligibility criteria and determine assistance recommendations where applicable.
  • Process online applications accurately using multiple internal systems.
  • Manage appeals from unsuccessful applicants and handle enquiries from stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Liaise with childcare operators, social workers, parents, and other stakeholders to obtain or verify information required for application processing.
  • Support mailbox management, including triaging emails and routing cases to relevant team members.
  • Provide administrative support for programme operations and related schemes.
  • Verify information submitted in case files and ensure accuracy of records.
  • Gather, collate, and maintain data for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline. Candidates with relevant administrative or case management experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to understand and apply policies, guidelines, SOPs, and workflows accurately.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and processing high volumes of applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
