Job Details

• Nearest MRT Station: One-North MRT Station
• Contract: 12 months
• Working arrangement: Fully on-site
• Working hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm or 9:00am to 6:30pm
• Interview: One round, conducted on-site
• Salary: $2,760 to $5,000 per month

This role is suitable for candidates interested in licensing, regulatory operations and stakeholder engagement. You will support essential day-to-day processes while contributing to industry development and operational improvement initiatives. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Process licence and permit applications, ensuring that required information and supporting documents are complete.
• Maintain accurate records and update the status of expired, cancelled or discontinued licences.
• Support operational clearance processes and ensure relevant requirements are followed.
• Respond to enquiries from stakeholders through email, phone and face-to-face communication.
• Assist with the administration of manpower-related policies and operational records.
• Support outreach activities, recruitment initiatives and industry engagement programmes.
• Prepare reports, track data and provide general administrative support to the team.
• Carry out other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in licensing, operations support, customer service, administration or manpower-related work would be an advantage.
• Able to manage records and process applications carefully and accurately.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully on-site environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic data handling.
• Responsible, organised and able to work well with team members and external stakeholders.
