Senior Commercial Manager (Luxury/Logistics)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across luxury, valuables, retail, exhibitions, and high-value logistics sectors
• Manage and grow existing key accounts
• Build long-term relationships with customers and industry stakeholders
• Support commercial strategy, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure service excellence and customer retention
• Candidates with an existing industry network and ability to bring in customers orbusiness opportunities will have a strong advantage
• Actively participate in social, networking, and business events to strengthen market presence and develop commercial opportunities
• Act as a secondary point of leadership in the absence of senior management
• Gain involvement across all aspects of the Singapore business, including operations, customer service, finance coordination, HR support, and administration
• Monitor operational performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in managing escalations, customer incidents, and service recovery matters
• Support internal reporting, budgeting coordination, and management reviews
• Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment between commercial and operational objectives
• Support team development and contribute to a positive working culture
• Participate in strategic planning and branch development initiatives
