Warehouse Executive

Job Description

· Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including inventory management, stock movement, space utilisation and safety compliance

· Coordinate all logistics activities and supply chain operations to ensure timely product availability in line with business demand and requests

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment and purchasing requirements based on operational demand

· Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy

· Liaise with suppliers on product availability, lead times and delivery schedules to support cost-effective procurement

· Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve operational issues and meet business needs

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational SOPs

· Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

- Min. Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent

- Min. 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the automotive industry

- Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics procedures

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory/ERP systems

- Strong organisational and coordination skills

- Knowledge of automotive parts is an added advantage

- Able to handle loading/unloading work when required

- Able to work overtime or weekends when necessary
