SENIOR PATIENT CARE CO-ORDINATOR

Job Summary

Assist Managers and the Patient Care Supervisor to deliver excellent service quality and client experience, support patient care, front desk operations, team collaboration, training, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth clinic and Medspa operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and register patients
• Collect payments and dispense products, medication, and schedule next appointments
• Respond to patient requests and queries
• Provide consultations on Medspa products and services tailored to patient needs
• Educate patients on skincare regimes and pre/post-treatment care instructions
• Maintain regular follow-ups with patients
• Assist managers and supervisors in developing and implementing training programs
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by managers to support clinic needs
