Production Supervisor (Manufacturing|Oil&Gas|Shift)

About our client: Our client is a leading global energy technology and manufacturing company serving the oil & gas industry.

About the role:

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities within the manufacturing workshop.
• Manage work order priorities, manpower scheduling and production targets.
• Ensure Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery (SQCD) objectives are achieved.
• Train, coach and motivate team members to improve skills and performance.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with maintenance and internal teams to improve equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Support risk management, incident investigation and corrective actions.
• Monitor team performance, attendance and work progress.

About you:

• Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• Predominantly shop-floor-based role.
• Exposure to noise, heavy equipment, machinery and other manufacturing hazards.
• Relevant workplace safety training will be provided where required.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts
