Family Personal Assistant / Private Household Personal Assistant

Job Duties:
1. Supervise and manage team of staff located at family home (helpers, nurses)
2. Coordinate and manage the daily schedules and activities of household people, including domestic helper, nurses, service providers and vendors
3. Communicate the family's requirements and follow up with household people to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the expected standard.
4. Build strong relationships with household people and external service providers.
5. Work closely with existing or newly hired domestic helpers, nurses and vendors to ensure clear communication and seamless coordination of tasks.
6. Managed personal calendars, meetings, appointments, and communications
- Contact doctor on WhatsApp
- Arrange and manage medical examinations and supervise logistics for medical appointments-monitoring drivers closely to ensure punctual, safe transportation.
- Follow the household people for doctor visits
- Schedule and arrange for a Physio therapist
-Ensure that domestic helpers receive appropriate compensation in accordance with established schedules and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with the apartment complex management for any household requirements
7. Plan and manage staff rosters, manpower arrangements, and shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Liaise with household service providers
- Respond adaptively to dynamic schedules, last-minute modifications, and urgent domestic, nurse requests as needed.
8. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries and logistics
9. Handle household bills, payments, and records, and perform administrative duties to keep household affairs well organised
10. Manage household inventories and coordinate the procurement and replenishment of supplies
11. Handle schedules, appointments, bills, payments, records, and errands to keep household operations running smoothly.
12. Prepare daily activities report
13. Handle domestic helper work pass requirement (e.g. medical check-up, renewal etc.)
14. Have to be proactive, responsive, and on standby
15. To report to the apartment

Requirement:
1. Highly organized,systematic, resourceful and responsible, with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
2. Able to independently manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism, while remaining adaptable and service-oriented in a dynamic household environment
3. Must be patient with difficult situation and person. Can handle people and without causing them to become upset
4. Must be meticulous
5. Capable of providing 24/7 responsiveness, ready for unexpected illnesses and schedule changes, etc.
6. Proficiency in Hindi will be advantageous but is not essential
