Job Responsibilities | 工作职责

• Perform Bojin therapy using approved tools and suitable oils along the body's meridian and muscular lines.

使用专业拨筋工具及适合的精油，沿身体经络及肌肉线条进行拨筋理疗。

• Assess customers' conditions and recommend suitable treatment approaches according to their needs.

评估客户身体状况，并根据客户需求推荐合适的疗程方案。

• Provide personalised treatment and adjust techniques according to customers' comfort and condition.

根据客户的身体状况及舒适度提供个性化疗程，并适当调整理疗手法。

• Provide aftercare guidance and recommend suitable TCM wellness practices where appropriate.

提供疗后护理建议，并根据客户情况推荐合适的中医养生调理方式。

• Educate customers on the process, benefits and proper care related to Bojin therapy.

向客户讲解拨筋疗法的流程、功效及相关护理知识。

• Maintain accurate treatment records and customer information for follow-up purposes.

维护准确的疗程记录及客户资料，以便后续跟进。

• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment and tools are clean, hygienic and properly maintained.

确保疗程室、设备及工具保持清洁、卫生及妥善维护。

• Maintain a safe, professional and comfortable treatment environment at all times.

始终维持安全、专业及舒适的理疗环境。

• Recommend suitable complementary treatments or wellness services based on customers' needs.

根据客户需求推荐合适的配套疗程或养生服务。

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

完成管理层安排的其他临时工作。

Requirements | 任职要求

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Bojin (拨筋) therapy.

至少2年拨筋理疗实际工作经验。

• Trained or certified in Bojin, Tuina or related TCM bodywork.

具备拨筋、推拿或相关中医理疗培训或证书。

• Good knowledge of TCM meridian theory and basic musculoskeletal anatomy.

熟悉中医经络理论及基本肌肉骨骼结构。

• Skilled in manual therapy techniques and able to adjust techniques according to customer comfort.

熟练掌握手法理疗技巧，并能根据客户舒适度适当调整手法。

• Professional, hygienic and customer-oriented work attitude.

具备专业、卫生及以客户为导向的工作态度。

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

具备良好的沟通及人际交往能力。

• Knowledge or experience in other TCM therapies such as Gua Sha, cupping or Tuina will be an advantage.

具备刮痧、拔罐、推拿等其他中医疗法知识或经验者优先。

• Familiarity with herbal oils or topical products commonly used in Bojin therapy will be an advantage.

熟悉拨筋疗法常用草药精油或外用产品者优先。

• Able to commit to retail working hours, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

能够接受零售行业工作时间，包括平日、周末及公共假期的轮班安排。
