Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities | 工作职责

• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits across all company outlets and warehouse.

• Perform stock counts and investigate discrepancies between physical stock and inventory records.

• Monitor stock movement, inventory levels, stock aging and stock turnover.

• Identify slow-moving, aging and near-expiry products and recommend appropriate actions.

• Coordinate stock transfers between outlets to optimise inventory levels and reduce excess stock.

• Ensure First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) procedures are consistently followed.

• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns to clear slow-moving, aging and near-expiry inventory.

• Work closely with the Marketing Department to develop and prepare promotional materials and campaigns.

• Liaise with Operations, Warehouse and Outlet Managers regarding inventory requirements and stock-related issues.

• Conduct random stock audits to ensure proper inventory control and accountability.

• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly inventory reports for management review.

• Analyse inventory data and identify opportunities to improve stock efficiency and reduce inventory losses.

• Monitor product availability across outlets and ensure stock is appropriately allocated according to operational needs.

Requirements | 任职要求

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical skills.

• Good understanding of inventory control and stock management.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Able to analyse inventory data and identify discrepancies or trends.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Comfortable travelling between company outlets and warehouse for stock checks and audits.

• Responsible, systematic and able to maintain accurate records.

• Prior experience in inventory management, merchandising, retail operations, warehouse, purchasing or supply chain will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills | 优先条件

• Experience managing inventory across multiple outlets.

• Experience with stock counting, stock reconciliation and inventory reporting.

• Familiarity with FEFO/FIFO inventory practices.

• Experience in identifying and managing slow-moving or near-expiry products.

• Good understanding of retail merchandising and promotional planning.

• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
