Job Responsibilities | 工作职责

• Conduct TCM wellness and nutritional consultations based on customers' body constitution.

• 根据顾客体质进行中医养生及营养咨询。

• Recommend personalised dietary plans, herbal foods, supplements and wellness programmes according to customers' needs.

• 根据顾客需求制定个性化饮食、药膳、营养补充品及养生方案。

• Educate customers on healthy eating habits, TCM dietary principles and wellness practices.

• 向顾客讲解健康饮食习惯、中医饮食调理原则及养生方式。

• Monitor and follow up on customers' wellness progress and provide appropriate recommendations.

• 跟进顾客的养生进度，并提供适当的健康及营养建议。

• Work closely with TCM Physicians, therapists and outlet teams to provide integrated wellness solutions.

• 与中医师、理疗师及门店团队紧密合作，为顾客提供综合养生方案。

• Prepare educational materials and assist in conducting health talks, wellness workshops and related activities.

• 协助准备健康教育资料，并参与健康讲座、养生工作坊及相关活动。

• Support customer engagement and promote suitable wellness programmes and products where applicable.

• 根据顾客需求推广合适的养生方案及相关产品。

• Achieve individual and team targets where applicable.

• 根据公司要求达成个人及团队目标。

• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

• 完成管理层交办的其他工作。

Requirements | 任职要求

• Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Health Science or a related field.

• 持有营养学、营养与饮食学、中医学、健康科学或相关专业的文凭或学位。

• Passionate about health, wellness and TCM nutrition.

• 热爱健康、养生及中医营养理念。

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• 具备良好的沟通及人际交往能力。

• Customer-oriented with a friendly, caring and professional personality.

• 以客户为导向，具备友善、关怀及专业的服务态度。

• Able to explain wellness programmes and nutritional recommendations clearly and confidently.

• 能够清晰、自信地向顾客讲解养生方案及营养建议。

• Able to understand customers' needs and provide appropriate recommendations.

• 能够了解顾客需求，并提供适当的建议。

• Willing to learn and continuously improve knowledge and professional skills.

• 愿意持续学习并提升专业知识及技能。

• Experience in the wellness, healthcare, TCM or beauty industry will be an advantage but is not essential.

• 具有养生、医疗保健、中医或美容行业相关经验者优先，但非必要条件。

Preferred Skills | 优先条件

• Knowledge of TCM dietary therapy, herbal foods or nutritional wellness.

• 具备中医食疗、药膳或营养养生相关知识。

• Experience in customer consultation or wellness programme recommendations.

• 具备客户咨询或养生方案推荐经验。

• Good presentation skills and confidence in conducting health-related talks or workshops.

• 具备良好的表达及演讲能力，能够参与健康讲座或养生工作坊。

• Bilingual in English and Chinese is an advantage.

• 具备良好的中英文沟通能力者优先。
