Job Responsibilities | 工作职责

• Deliver excellent customer service by actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable treatments.

主动与客户互动，了解客户需求，并提供合适的疗程建议及优质客户服务。

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and consultations.

通过持续跟进及咨询，建立并维护良好的客户关系。

• Assist in managing daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

协助管理门店日常运营，确保门店运作顺畅高效。

• Achieve individual sales targets by effectively promoting the Company's products, services and treatments.

通过有效推广公司的产品、服务及疗程，达成个人销售目标。

• Guide and train new staff members when required to support their development and enhance team performance.

根据需要指导及培训新员工，协助员工发展并提升团队整体表现。

• Communicate clearly with customers in English and Mandarin to provide treatment consultations and recommendations.

能够以英语及华语与客户清晰沟通，提供专业的疗程咨询及建议。

• Maintain a professional image and deliver consistent service standards at all times.

始终保持专业形象，并维持一致的服务标准。

• Adapt to retail working hours, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays, according to the assigned schedule.

能够适应零售行业的工作时间，并根据排班安排于平日、周末及公共假期工作。

Requirements | 任职要求

• Strong negotiation and communication skills to support sales and customer engagement.

具备良好的谈判及沟通能力，以促进销售及客户互动。

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

具备良好的人际沟通能力，能够与客户及同事建立良好关系。

• Customer-oriented, confident and motivated to achieve sales targets.

以客户为导向，自信并具备达成销售目标的积极性。

• Candidates from other industries are welcome to apply.

• Relevant sales, retail, customer service or beauty/wellness experience will be an advantage but is not essential.

具备销售、零售、客户服务或美容/养生行业相关经验者优先，但非必要条件。
