Lead Pilates Instructor / Studio Operations Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Pilates Instructor to lead classes, develop training programs, mentor instructors, and support studio operations and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Reformer, Tower, and other Pilates group and private classes to deliver effective and engaging sessions
• Develop and enhance Pilates class programs and training standards to ensure high-quality instruction
• Train, mentor, and guide new and existing instructors to improve teaching skills and consistency
• Plan instructor schedules and coordinate daily studio operations for smooth workflow
• Monitor class quality and maintain consistent teaching standards to ensure excellent member experience
• Implement strategies to support member retention and enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes to build a skilled instructor team
• Support studio management, marketing activities, and business development to drive growth
• Assist management with the opening and operational setup of new studio locations

Required competencies and certifications

• Relevant Pilates instructor certification
• Relevant Pilates teaching experience
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in Reformer and/or Tower Pilates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and mentor instructors
• Ability to lead and mentor other instructors
• Good understanding of class programming and studio operations
• Management or team leadership experience

Other Information

Working Hours: 5–6 days per week, based on studio/class schedule
