Finance Senior Executive

Job Description & Requirements

We’re seeking a meticulous and proactive FinanceSenior Executive to manage our financial operations and reporting.You’ll play a key role in cashflow monitoring, grant reporting, invoicing, andliaising with clients and vendors for a performance-driven marketing agencywith cross-border operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, cashflow, bank recon)
• Prepare financial reports and cashflow projections
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government grant bodies (e.g., ESG, WSG/SSG, IRAS)
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Maintain accounting software and documentation (Xero/QuickBooks)

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• 2-3 years of relevant experience; media/agency experience a plus
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Singapore accounting standards
• Meticulous, organized, and good at multitasking
