Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of site engineering operations, maintenance services, and project delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and contractors to achieve operational, safety, and service excellence targets.
• Partner closely with clients and stakeholders, serving as the key point of contact for all engineering and facilities matters.
• Drive asset reliability, preventive maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan and manage maintenance budgets, project costs, cash flow, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the execution of upgrading, refurbishment, and improvement projects from planning through completion.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards, workplace safety, and fire safety requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Foster a high-performance culture by coaching, developing, and leading site teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering with 5+ years of experience; or Diploma with 8+ years of experience.
• Strong background in facilities management, building services, or maintenance operations.
• Experience leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering engineering projects.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), and fire safety requirements.
