Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing client relationships, sourcing talent and driving successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business through cold calling, networking and referrals.

• Manage 360° recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, including passive talent.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.

• Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

• Attend networking events and industry functions to expand your professional network.

• Work towards and achieve individual performance targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Business or a related discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment agency experience, preferably with business development and client management exposure.

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Driven, results-oriented and target-focused.

• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.
