We're looking for a Junior Accounts & Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day finance and administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting operations
• Support AP and AR activities
• Process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and claims
• Perform accounting data entry and record keeping
• Verify invoices and supporting documents
• Assist with procurement and office inventory
• Support staff welfare and general administration
• Prepare training rooms and company facilities
• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

• Diploma/ITE in Accounting or equivalent
• GCE O/A Level candidates with relevant experience may also apply
• Basic AP experience is required
• 1–2 years' relevant experience preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel
• AR experience is advantageous
• Entry-level candidates with relevant knowledge are welcome
