Accounts & Admin Assistant | $2,500 + AWS + Bonus | Entry Level Welcome

Salary: Up to $2,500 basic + AWS + Bonus

(Salary will commensurate with experience and qualifications.)

Working Days/Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:45AM–5:30PM; Sat, 8:45AM–12:45PM

Work Location: Tuas View

Work Arrangement: 1 day WFH per month

Transport: 2-way company bus provided from Jurong Point

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain accounting records.

• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.

• Process supplier and customer invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and expense claims.

• Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.

• Maintain stationery and grocery inventory.

• Support staff welfare and general administrative matters.

• Assist with procurement of office stationery and groceries.

• Set up and prepare training rooms for company activities.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma/ITE in Accounting, GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Level or equivalent.

• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Must have at least basic Accounts Payable (AP) experience.

• AR experience will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Entry Level Welcome - Training Provided
