Accounts Assistant | Up to $2,500 + AWS + Bonus | Entry Level Welcome

Salary: Up to $2,500 basic + AWS + Bonus

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:45AM–5:30PM; Sat, 8:45AM–12:45PM

Location: Tuas View

Work Arrangement: 1 day WFH per month

Transport: 2-way company bus from Jurong Point

What You'll Do

• Handle daily accounting and administrative tasks
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and expense claims
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
• Check invoices and supporting documents
• Assist with office stationery and grocery inventory
• Support procurement and general administrative matters
• Prepare training rooms for company activities
• Handle other ad-hoc duties when required

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/ITE in Accounting, GCE O/A Level or equivalent
• Basic Accounts Payable experience required
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
• AR experience is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Entry-level candidates are welcome — training will be provided
