Looking for a sales support role with no cold calling or outdoor sales?

Join a manufacturing company as a Sales Coordinator and support the sales team by managing customer orders, quotations and order fulfilment.

What You'll Do

• Process and follow up on customer orders and quotations
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and logistics teams
• Track deliveries, stock availability and order status
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information
• Maintain sales records and documentation
• Prepare sales reports and assist with inventory tracking
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time

Requirements

• Experience in sales coordination, internal sales or customer service preferred
• Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage
