Head of IT & Digital Transformation

Job Summary:

• Location: Senoko Drive, Singapore

• Salary: Up to S$10,000 per month

• Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:45pm; alternate Saturdays, 8:30am–12:30pm)

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company’s IT strategy, technology roadmap, governance framework and digital transformation initiatives in alignment with business objectives.

• Oversee SAP and enterprise systems, including implementation, optimisation, integration and process improvements across Finance, Commercial, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics and Operations.

• Drive AI, automation, business intelligence, data analytics and system-integration initiatives to improve productivity, reporting, process control and operational efficiency.

• Manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, business continuity, projects, budgets, vendors and service delivery while leading and developing the internal IT team.

Skills/Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.

• Approximately 10+ years of relevant IT experience, including significant experience in an IT leadership, Head of IT or senior IT management role.

• Strong hands-on SAP experience covering implementation, optimisation, user support, integration and business-process improvement.

• Proven experience in digital transformation, AI/automation, enterprise systems, IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, data/BI and cross-functional technology projects.

• Strong business, leadership, project and stakeholder-management skills; experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, food distribution, logistics, warehousing or supply chain is advantageous.
