HR EXECUTIVE

• Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring pipelines and recruitment progress.
• Advise Management on employment-related matters, including local labour legislation, employment practices, manpower policies and statutory requirements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain and update employee records in BIPO, ensuring all employee information and documentation are accurate, complete and up to date.
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, complaints and workplace issues, while providing appropriate counselling and guidance to employees.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and other employee-related documentation.
• Oversee leave and attendance administration and ensure accurate maintenance of employee records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR and employee relations matters.
• Support monthly payroll processing and handle day-to-day payroll administration.
• Prepare and submit relevant claims and applications to government agencies.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related discipline from a recognised university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the retail, hospitality or FMCG industry.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and discipline.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and comfortable working with numerical data.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, HR policies and local employment practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as a team player.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in payroll and HR systems, with hands-on experience using BIPO, ProSoft or similar HR/payroll software.
