Water System Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Water System Specialist with proven Front-End Semiconductor FAB experience to lead the planning, design, engineering integration and technical supervision of Ultrapure Water (UPW),wastewater and water reclamation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UPW system planning, design, review and optimization to meet FAB water quality, capacity and reliability requirements.
• Lead wastewater segregation, collection, treatment and optimization for FAB operations and environmental requirements.
• Develop and optimize water reclamation and reuse solutions to improve water efficiency and sustainability.
• Review Water Balance, PFD/P&ID, system capacity, equipment sizing, piping, redundancy and key design criteria.
• Coordinate with Process, Facilities, EPC, vendors, Tool Install and Construction teams.
• Manage engineering changes, technical issues, project schedules and vendor coordination.
• Provide technical oversight during construction, testing, commissioning, qualification and FAB start-up.
• Ensure systems comply with project specifications and applicable Singapore regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven Front-End FAB / semiconductor manufacturing facility experience is essential.
• Strong experience in UPW, process wastewater and water reclamation/reuse systems.
• Experience in engineering design, PFD/P&ID, Water Balance, equipment sizing and technical drawing review.
• Experience in engineering integration, construction, commissioning and vendor management.
• Familiar with Singapore construction practices and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Diploma / Degree / relevant certification in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services or related discipline.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with multi disciplinary teams.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; additional language skills are an advantage.
