Responsible for achieving all KPI’s and SLA’s in the Client contract through continuous delivery of exceptional quality service
Ensuring that messaging is consistent and in line with your supervisor's direction, responding to client inquiries and concerns promptly, and with courtesy and enthusiasm.
Building relationships by engaging clients in authentic, personable conversation. Take ownership of customer concerns and proactively seek to resolve them timely.
Provide end to end service; take responsibility and accountability.
Operations:
Responsible for the delivery of all hard services including supervision and oversight of subcontracted services
Collaborates with Lead Technical Service Coordinator/FM to manage the budget for site including support for project works
Promotes high level of satisfaction among client users by promptly responding to their service requirements.
Assures prompt response by other team members and selected contractors to exceed customer expectations at all times
Demonstrates leadership, gives direction and mentors the JLL team on site to promote engagement and excellence in customer service and delivery
Management of the Building Operation System (smart building management)
Understanding of the critical MEP systems on site including UPS, generator, fire alarm etc. with an ability to support client security teams and their systems
Ensures compliance with local legislative requirements, JLL and client best practice, policies and procedures.
Develops a close working relationship with all of the vendors under his/her control to ensure that they fully understand the Client culture and are made to feel part of the team delivering a high quality of service.

Ensures delivery of PPM in line with agreed timelines and monitors vendors to ensure service delivery in line with KPI/SLAs
Communicates in an open, honest, transparent manner at all times with the ability to tailor the message to specific audience and their needs
Leads monthly management meetings with relevant vendors
Collaborate with other Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) functions to ensure the delivery of major/minor capital works projects
Must be prepared to be on call and work out of normal working hours where applicable
Finance
Ensure that annual capex & opex budgets are prepared within the required timescales and relevant commentary is provided
Manage overall project dependencies and ensure project deliverables stay on-budget.
Health & Safety Management
Implement and manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a safe working environment at all times.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards (as required).
The person we need will know:
Minimum 5 years of experience in office environment technical services, control systems, controls engineering, IT and Smart buildings related field.
Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
Experience within a fast paced multi-cultural global organization would be beneficial
Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
