Job Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily restaurant service operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
• Provide attentive guest service, handle enquiries and feedback, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Guide and support service team members, coordinate table assignments and assist with other operational duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in food & beverage, restaurant or hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory or captain role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards, food & beverage operations and guest service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Able to lead, guide and coordinate service team members to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Responsible, proactive and customer-focused, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
