Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Support the outdoor sales team in managing day-to-day sales activities, including preparing quotations, coordinating appointments and following up with customers.
• Conduct product and sales presentations to potential customers when required.
• Handle customer enquiries on product specifications, pricing, availability and delivery schedules.
• Follow up with customers on quotations and sales enquiries, ensuring timely responses and smooth coordination throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Operations and other internal teams to ensure orders and customer requirements are handled smoothly.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints, working with the relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate sales records, quotations and other relevant documentation.
• Assist the Reporting Manager with administrative duties and other ad-hoc projects when required.
• Support the overall sales team in achieving team sales objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, sales support or customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with customers.
• Comfortable conducting product presentations and explaining product information to customers.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when preparing quotations and handling customer information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Positive, proactive and customer-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently as well as closely with the outdoor sales team and other departments.
• Candidates with experience in a technical or product-based industry will have an added advantage.
