Job Summary

Experienced in Front-End FAB design, responsible for leading assigned EPCK scope and coordinating across project disciplines. Proactively identify and resolve interface issues among clients, partners and suppliers, while leading FAB space planning, layout and space utilization. Ensure effective integration of engineering design, procurement, construction and production facility requirements to support project delivery, operational needs and future expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Space Planning & EPCK Schedule Alignment
    Lead FAB space planning, layout and allocation within the assigned scope, ensuring alignment with project requirements and the overall EPCK design, procurement and construction schedule.
  2. Space & Layout Coordination
    Coordinate space requirements and layout information among the Client, Partners, Suppliers and relevant project disciplines, ensuring timely communication, review and resolution of space-related issues.
  3. Interface & Change Management
    Manage space, layout and multidisciplinary interfaces and changes involving process equipment, facilities, utilities and building requirements to minimize design conflicts and optimize space utilization.
  4. Cross-Functional Coordination & Follow-up
    Participate in project and space/layout coordination meetings, drive resolution of cross-functional interface issues, and track agreed actions to ensure timely implementation and alignment with overall project objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Front-End Semiconductor FAB design or engineering projects.
  • Diploma / Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience in FAB space planning, layout coordination, engineering drawing review and multidisciplinary interface management.
  • Strong experience in EPCK coordination, engineering change management, project schedule tracking and vendor coordination.
  • Familiar with Singapore construction site practices and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Relevant semiconductor manufacturing certifications are an advantage
