Telemarketer – Work From Home

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Telemarketer to support business development and lead-generation activities remotely.

The role will primarily involve data consolidation, cold calling and email outreach to prospective business clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective corporate clients.
• Introduce the company’s services and identify potential business opportunities.
• Send introductory and follow-up emails to prospective clients.
• Research and consolidate company and business contact information.
• Perform data tabulation and maintain an organised database of prospective clients.
• Update call results, contact details, follow-up status and relevant remarks accurately.
• Identify relevant company contacts, such as HR or hiring personnel, using appropriate business sources.
• Follow up with prospective clients when required.
• Maintain accurate records of daily outreach activities.
• Provide general administrative and business development support as assigned.

Requirements

• Comfortable communicating with prospective clients over the phone and by email.
• Able to work independently in a work-from-home arrangement.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and able to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer literacy and comfortable working with spreadsheets and email.
