This high-visibility leadership position offers complete strategic ownership of regional actuarial pricing frameworks while driving commercial strategy and guiding high-performing technical teams.

• Spearhead regional pricing evaluations, experience investigations, and treaty structuring to ensure profitable portfolio growth and optimal risk selection.

• Elevate team performance and delivery standards by providing technical mentorship, quality oversight, and peer reviews for a team of pricing professionals.

• Partner with underwriting and client management functions to construct innovative, risk-adjusted reinsurance solutions that strengthen client relationships.

• Optimize pricing frameworks, cash flow models, and assumption setting processes to maintain robust technical governance across evolving market conditions.

Skills and experience required

• Fellowship or full actuarial qualification from a recognized global professional body (e.g., IFoA, SOA, FIAA) alongside proficiency in analytical tools like SAS or SQL.

• Deep functional expertise in Life and Health actuarial pricing, cash flow modeling, and experience analysis.

• Demonstrated sector experience within reinsurance or a direct life insurer with comprehensive technical exposure to regional deal evaluations.

• Proven track record of guiding project workstreams, reviewing complex actuarial deliverables, and mentoring junior team members.

• Advanced commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex technical risks into clear strategic insights for diverse stakeholders.
